经腋窝切口切除乳腺良性肿瘤的临床观察

目的：观察经腋窝切口切除乳腺外上象限良性肿瘤的临床效果.方法：收集我院2011年5月～ 2013年3月经腋窝切口切除乳腺外上象限良性肿瘤患者22例,观察手术效果、美容效果及并发症.结果：本组手术顺利,肿瘤均彻底切除,平均随访13个月无复发.所有患者术后美容效果理想,切口隐蔽,乳房无变形.出现1例血肿,4例皮肤瘀斑.结论：经腋窝切口切除乳腺外上象限良性肿瘤为一种理想的手术方式.

Clinical research on surgical resection of benign breast tumor through trans-axillary incision

Objective To observe the efficacy and cosmetic effects of surgical excision of benign breast tumor in the upper-outer quadrant through trans-axillary incision.Methods The clir ical data,including efficacy,cosmetic effects and complication,in 22 cases of benign breast tumors in upper-outer quadrant extirpated via trans-axillary incisions was retrospectively analyzed.Results All tumors in this series were completely resected,no recurrence Wvas detected by 13 months＇ followup,and perfect cosmetic effects presented in all cases displayirg good shape of involved breasts.Incision scars were concealed.Significant complications were found in 5 cases,in which one case presented a hematoma and 4 cases presented subcutaneous ecchymosis.Conclusion The application of trans-axillary incision can achieve high efficacy and perfect cosmetic results in surgical treatment of benign tumor in upper-outer quadrant breast.
