| 摘 要： | 目的研究参贞（人参、黄芪、女贞子）合剂对荷瘤（S180）小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法通过检测荷瘤小鼠T细胞亚群及吞噬细胞的功能，观察参贞合剂对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果补益类中药参贞合剂上调荷瘤小鼠T细胞亚群的数目，增强吞噬细胞的活性。结论参贞合剂对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能有正向调节作用。

| Abstract: | Objective] To verify that Shen-zhen mixture has the immunoregulation on tumor bearing mice. Method] The experimental study performed by two method, T cell T cell subpopulation and function of microphage. Results] Shen-zhen mixture could improve function of microphage and up-regulate the number of CD4+ and CD8+of tumor mice. Conclusion] Shen-zhen mixture has up-regulate immunofunction of tumor mice. |
