| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种家兔活体部分胰腺移植的模型。方法：供体手术：将带脾的胰体尾部游离下来，经原位灌注后取下胰体尾部并安置脾动静脉袖套。受体手术：将供胰动、静脉分别与受体颈总动脉、颈外静脉行端端吻合。结果：12只供体家兔术后1周均成活，空腹血糖处于正常范围。糖尿病受体家兔术后空腹血糖恢复正常大于3d9只。移植胰存活时间平均为11.4d。结论：建立了简单、稳定的家兔活体部分胰腺移植模型。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a rabbit model of partial pancreas transplantation from living related donors.Methods The body,tail of pancreas and the spleen were taken out in the donor rabbit by orthotopic perfusion.The splenic vein was anastomosed with recipient's external jugular vein while the splenic artery was anastomosed with recipient's cervical artery.Results 12 formal living related partial pancreas transplantations were performed.12 donor rabbits all survived in 1 week after operation.The blood glucose before operation and after operation are all in normal range.The blood glucose in the recipients turned to normal after operation.The successful rate of the model was 75%.The mean graft survival time was 11.4 days.Conclusion A relatively stable and easy rabbit model for partial pancreas transplantation from living related donors was estahhlished. |
