宫颈环扎术治疗前置胎盘60例

目的:回顾宫颈环扎治疗60例中央型前置胎盘的病人,探讨宫颈环扎在中央型前置胎盘的疗效。方法:将2003年1月～2008年12月住院分娩的前置胎盘患者90例随机抽取30例予以期待疗法,60例在期待疗法的基础上行宫颈环扎,比较两者的产前出血量,终止孕周,产褥感染的差异,并进行统计分析。结果:宫颈环扎组产前出血量减少,孕周延长,产褥感染降低,两者差异有统计学意义。结论:在严密监测下予以期待疗法下行宫颈环扎能在确保母婴安全的前提下,能减少产前出血,延长孕周,有效的改善母婴情况,具有可行性。
