老年肺炎的临床特点与中西医结合治疗

目的　探讨老年肺炎的临床特点与治疗方法。方法　总结了 10 5例中西医结合治疗的老年肺炎病例 ,并与同期住院的 35例青中年肺炎病例以及 110例纯西药治疗的老年肺炎病例的临床资料进行对比与疗效分析。结果　中西医结合治疗的老年组喘息、心悸、纳差、舌暗、苔黄腻、脉弦滑等症均明显多于青中年组 (P <0 0 5及P <0 0 1) ;胸片以支气管肺炎居多 (P <0 0 1)。中西医结合与纯西药治疗临床疗效差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　老年肺炎的临床表现有其特殊性 ,治愈率低 ,死亡率高 ;中西医结合治疗能明显提高其治疗效果 ,且中药在解毒、祛痰、平喘、提高机体抵抗力等方面能发挥特长。

Clinical characteristics of the gerontal pnemonia and its treatment with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To inquire into the clinical characteristics and treatment of gerontal pneumonia.Methods\ The writer has sunmmarized 105 cases of gerontal pneumonia treated with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (T.C.M\|W.M) and compared with 35 cases of young\|middle\|aged pneumonia patients hospitalized at the sametime,and compared the clinical data and effects of 110 cases of gerontal pneumonia patients treated with only Western Medicine (W.M).Results\ More gerontal pneumonia patients have gasp,palpitation,poor appetite,dark purple tongue,yellow sticky tongue coating,taut and slippery pulse,etc,than the young\|middle\|aged pneumonia patients (P<0.05 or P<0 01).The chest X\|Ray in most cases of gerontal pneumonia showed a bronchial pneumonia (P<0 01).The effective rate of the treatment by T.C.M\|W.M was higher than that by W.M(P<0 05).Conclusion\ The gerontal pneumonia has special clinical manifestations,low effective rate and high mortality.But the treatment of T.C.M\|W.M could enhance the clinical effect on gerontal pneumonia.T.C.M has spectial effects in removing toxic substances,clearing sputum,relieving asthma and improving the ability of disease\|resistance.
