自凝刀技术与传统手术治疗前庭大腺囊肿与脓肿的比较

目的探讨自凝刀技术与传统手术用于治疗前庭大腺囊肿与脓肿的优点、疗效、可行性。方法选择自凝刀造口治疗前庭大腺囊肿、脓肿23例作为观察组，传统囊肿、脓肿造口术20例作为对照组，进行对比分析。结果自凝刀治疗前庭大腺囊肿、脓肿手术操作简单，手术时间（121．9±59．2）秒，传统手术组手术时间（930±258．6）秒，两组差异有显著性意义；自凝刀治疗组出血极少或不出血，两组有显著性差异；自凝刀组术后疼痛发生率为8．7％，传统手术组为40％，两组有显著性差异；自凝刀治疗组术后无复发，传统手术组有2例复发。结论自凝刀技术操作简便、耗时短、术中失血极少、无痛苦、术后无复发、创伤小、安全可行，易被患者接受。

The Comparation between Anto-coagulate Knife Technology and Traditional Operation in Treatment of Bartholin Cyst and Abscess

Objective To investigate the advantage, curative effect and adaption of auto-coagulate knife technology and traditional operations. Methods There were 23 cases of hartholin cyst and abscess patients as experimental group underwent auto-coagulate knife neostomy,while 20 cases as control group underwent traditional cyst and abscess neostomy and the two groups were analyzed with contrast. Results The procedure of auto-coagulate knife technology is easier with the duration time of operation（ 121.9 ±59.2） seconds, while in traditional operation group （930 ±258.6）seconds.The operation duration time between the two groups there were significant difference. Hemorrhage is rare or no hemorrabge in auto-coagulate group. The hemorrhage amount beteen two groups there were significant difference. Post-operation pain incidence in auto-coagulate knife group is 8.7% and in tradational operation group is 40%.No recurrence in auto-coagulate group and 2 cases recurred in tradational operation group. Conclusion Auto-coagulate knife technology has the advantage of easy procedure, short operation duration time, rare hemorrhage, no recurrence, micro injury, safe and adaptable, so that easy to be accepted by patients.
