耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的检测及耐药性调查

目的探讨耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的临床感染及耐药现状。方法对新乡市第一人民医院细菌室2001～2003年收检的临床感染标本分离培养,将鉴定为葡萄球菌的病原学和药敏资料进行统计分析。结果分离出葡萄球菌214株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌86株,分离出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)56株(65.1%),凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌128株,分离出耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)79株(61.7%)。MRSA、MRCNS除对氯霉素、利福平、四环素的耐药率较低外(<38%),对所选的其他抗菌药物耐药率均高于52%,且呈多重耐药现象。而甲氧西林敏感的葡萄球菌(MSS)除对青霉素G、罗红霉素、红霉素、耐药率较高外(>53%),而对所选其他抗菌药物则表现出良好的抗菌活性。结论目前MRS分离率显著增高,加强MRS检测,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物非常重要。

Investigation on drug resistance of mthicillin-resistant staphylococus

Objective To investigate clinical infection and resistance of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus(MRS).Methods The staphylococcus separated during 2001～2003 were analyzed.Results Two handred and fourteen stains of staphylococus were separated in 3 years,in which 86 staphylococus aureus,56 methicillin -resistant staphylococcus(MRSA),128 coagulase negative staphylococcus(CNS)and 79 methicillin-resistant coagulase negative staphylococcus(MRCNS).The resistance rate of MRSA and MRCNS to antibiotic was higher than 52% except that was lower than 38% to chloramphenicol,rifampicin and tetracycline.They were diversified resistance.There were better anti-bacterium activation of methicillin sensitive sapylococcus(MSS) to antibiotic except that the resistance rate was higher than 53% to penicillin ,roxithromycin and erthromycin.Conclusion The separated rate of MRS is increased significantly.It was important to strengthen the test of MRS, to guide the clinic to use antibiotic rationally.
