底部附着法中估算红细胞膜弹性模量的两种数学模型及其比较

摘    要:在底部附着法研究红细胞变形性的过程中,笔者引入椭圆模型估算红细胞膜的弹性模量,将所得结果与传统的矩形 模型的结果进行比较。结果发现,用椭圆模型估算所得的红细胞弹性模量比用矩形模型估算所得 的红细胞弹性模量在数值上增加20.9%。

Abstract:In this study on red blood cell(RBC) deformability by use of bottom attached method, RBC membrane elastic modulus is estimated introducing elliptical model and is compared with that of traditional rectangular model . As a result , RBC membrane elastic modulus using elliptical model is 20.9% greater than that of rectangular model.
