| 摘 要： | 健康状态表征参数是指与健康状态相关的表征或影响因素,不同医学体系所依据的表征参数及参数的获取方式有所不同,但均应立足于从宏观、中观、微观3个方面构建健康状态表征的参数体系。按参数意义可分为整体健康状态参数和病证诊断特征参数;按参数性质可分为阳性参数、阴性参数和隐性参数;按参数的测度水平可分为名义参数、顺序参数、等距参数和比例参数。由于状态表征参数是一个庞大的体系,因此,需要借助合理的手段和方法对参数进行集合、分析和筛选。
