| 摘 要： | 肺系病急重症是临床呼吸科的一个大难题,其病情变化迅速,病死率高,严重威胁着肺病患者的生命。文章从中医学"肺与大肠相表里"理论出发,认为通腑调肺法能通过"通腑以调肺"的作用达到保肺护肺的效果,并依据中西医学基础理论、通腑调肺法的临床应用、单味中药大黄临床研究这3个方面,初步探讨通腑调肺法的应用,期为临床肺病急重症治疗开拓新思路。
