| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎患者中医证候分布特征,为临床辨证论治提供依据。方法:运用描述性分析和聚类分析的方法,对114例患者的证候和辨证分型进行分析。结果:对相关证候进行聚类分析后归为5类,分别为:虚实夹杂(43.9%)、肝肾亏虚(19.3%)、寒湿阻络(16.7%)、湿热阻络(9.6%)、痰瘀阻络(8.8%)。结论:聚类分析得出的辨证分型与文献报道相近,临床辨证与聚类分析后的证型分布符合率为92.9%。
