| 摘 要： | 目的:探索解读脑积水中医证候所蕴涵的生物信息,以寻求脑积水的证候规律。方法:检索从古至今有明确记载了脑积水症状、体征的文献,采用SPSS 17.0对其进行频数分析、因子分析、证候要素分布、聚类分析以加深对脑积水证候本质的认识。结果:因子分析提取了21个主因子,得到了11个证候要素,阳虚占19.3%,虚(肾)占17.0%,水(水饮停聚)占16.5%,瘀占12.5%等,聚类分析得出5类结果。结论:脑积水证候属于本虚标实之证,本虚为肾虚、脾虚、阳虚、阴虚,标实为水、瘀、痰湿、热(毒)、气机逆乱、内风。
