维药恰玛古蜜膏和恰玛古粉药效学对比研究

摘    要:目的:研究恰玛古蜜膏和恰玛古粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:测定小鼠耳廓肿胀度,观察对二硝基氯苯诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响;通过紫外分光光度法测定观察小鼠单核巨噬细胞对血流中碳粒的清除能力;紫外分光光度法测定小鼠血清中IgM抗体水平;镜检计数观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力。结果:恰玛古蜜膏14g/kg剂量与恰玛古粉12g/kg剂量能明显抑制二硝基氯苯诱导的小鼠迟发型超敏反应、促进小鼠血清中IgM抗体的生成,恰玛古粉6g/kg和12g/kg剂量能明显提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞对血流中碳粒的清除能力、提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力。结论:恰玛古蜜膏和恰玛古粉均可调节机体的免疫功能,恰玛古粉的作用略优于恰玛古蜜膏。
