亚洲薄荷的快速繁殖及炼苗

摘    要:目的建立亚洲薄荷的快速繁殖及炼苗方法。方法采用正交设计试验,对影响亚洲薄荷生根的3个主要因素吲哚乙酸(indole butyric acid,IBA),萘乙酸(naphthalene acetic acid,NAA)及Marshing-Shong(MS)培养基的3个水平进行考察,检测亚洲薄荷的平均根长和平均根数,优化亚洲薄荷的生根培养基;经过炼苗达到种植要求。结果综合考虑平均生根数和平均根长指标,并考虑到培养基配制方便,确定亚洲薄荷最佳生根培养基为:1/2 MS+IBA(0.4 mg/L)+NAA(1.0 mg/L)。结论该优化方案切实可行,能够满足亚洲薄荷下一步互作研究。
