全国社区卫生服务现状调查--我国社区卫生服务站基本设施现状及东、中、西部比较

目的 深入了解我国社区卫生服务站基本设施现状及发展中存在的问题。方法 调查对象为11个省、直辖市的508个社区卫生服务站。调查方法采用标准化问卷，由各调查对象自填。结果 社区卫生服务站平均业务用房面积为254．76m^2；按照一级医院的基本设备设置标准所列出的19项设备，社区卫生服务站平均拥有6．24种设备；根据社区卫生服务的特点所列出的14项设备，社区卫生服务站平均拥有9．66种设备。有31．69％的社区卫生服务站设有编制床位；设置观察床位的社区卫生服务站平均每个机构有观察床位4.64张。结论 在基本设备方面．各地区社区卫生服务站与社区卫生服务功能相关的设备配置情况较为理想。社区卫生服务站业务用房问题尚未解决，各地政府应加大对社区卫生服务的支持力度。

Equipment actuality of Chinese community health service stations and the compare among east,middle,west areas

Objective To know the present equipment actuality and the existing problems of Chinese community health service stations and to provide sound evidence for shaping them course. Methods Health workers of 508 CHS stations in 11 provinces were investigated in questionnaire. Results The investigation showed that the house area mean of CHS stations is 254. 76 m^2 ; For the equipments which is listed according to the first - grade hospital criterion, the average amount of CHS stations is 6. 24; For the equipments which is listed according to the need of CHS, the average amount is 9. 66. There are 31.69% CHS stations have authorized beds. The average amount of observational beds of CHS stations is 4. 64, Conclusion The community health service stations have fitting amount equipments which are related to CHS. Many CHS stations must pay rent or buy office house themselves, so the local government should strength their support to the community health service.
