摘    要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)产妇分娩的新生儿(IDM)脐静脉、脐动脉血中的表达及其意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法检测31例妊娠期糖尿病患者分娩的新生儿(IDM组)与30例健康产妇所分娩的新生儿(对照组)脐静脉、脐动脉血VEGF水平,IDM组新生儿按其出生后血糖水平分为IDM血糖正常组(18例)和IDM低血糖组(13例),对照组30例新生儿血糖均正常。结果IDM组脐静脉血和脐动脉血VEGF水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01)。对照组脐动脉血VEGF水平显著高于脐静脉血水平(P<0.05)。IDM低血糖组脐动脉血VEGF水平显著高于对照组和IDM血糖正常组(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病产妇新生儿脐静脉和脐动脉血VEGF水平均较健康产妇新生儿明显升高,脐动脉血VEGF水平可反映妊娠期糖尿病对新生儿的宫内损伤程度。

Abstract:Objective It is to study the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in serum of umbilical blood from the newborns of women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods Radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to measure serum VEGF level of umbilical blood from 31 newborns of women with GDM(infants of diabetes mothers , IDM group) and 30 newborns of normal pregnancy women(control group). According to blood sugar, IDM group included 18 newborns with normal blood sugar(normal blood sugar group) and 13 newborns with hypoglycemia (hypoglycemia group). The level of blood sugar of 30 cases in control group was normal. Results The VEGF level of umbilical vein blood and umbilical artery blood in IDM group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). In control group, the VEGF level in umbilical artery blood was significantly higher than that in umbilical vein blood(P<0.05). VEGF level of umbilical artery blood in IDM hypoglycemia group was significantly higher than that in control group as well as in IDM normal blood sugar group(P<0.01 and P<0.05). Conclusion The serum VEGF level of umbilical vein and artery blood from the IDM was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy women. The VEGF level of umbilical artery blood can reflect the severity degree of damage of GDM to their newborns.
