| 摘 要： | 将 6 4例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为中药糖肾通宝饮治疗组与单纯西药对照组各 32例。结果 :中药组总缓解率为 90 .6 % ,对照组 6 5 .7% ,经统计学检验 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。中药治疗组在改善症状 ,降低尿糖、尿蛋白、尿白蛋白、空腹血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮 ,调节内生肌酐清除率和脂类代谢等多个方面均优于单纯西药对照组

| Abstract: | Sixty four cases of early diabetic nephopathy(DN) were divided into two groups by random:treatment group(32 cases,with Tangshen Tongbao decoction) and control group(32 cases,with western medicine purely).The results showed that the total remission rate of the treatment group was 90.6%,which was higher than that of the control group(65.7%,P<0.05).It indicated that Tangshen Tongbao decoction had some therapeutic actions as follows:reliving albumin,fasting blood glucose,plasma creatinine,urea nitrogen and regulating clearance rate of endogenous creatinine and lipide metabolism. |
