黄芪和神经节苷脂GM1联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病

摘    要:目的探讨黄芪注射液和神经节苷脂GM1联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法将138例缺氧缺血性脑病的新生儿,根据治疗方案分为4组,分别为对照组、黄芪组、GM1组及黄芪+GM1组。结果黄芪组、GM1组的总有效率及NBNA评分均较对照组高,黄芪+GM1组的总有效率及NBNA评分较黄芪组、GM1组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论黄芪注射液和GM1联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病是安全和有效的。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Radix Astragali(RA) and monosialoganglioside(GM1) in treating neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods The 138 patients were divided into four groups according different treatment:the control group,RA group,GM1 group and RA+GM1 group. Results The total efficient and NBNA score of RA group and GM1 group was significantly higher than control group(P0.05). The total efficient and NBNA score of RA+GM1 group was significantly higher than RA group and GM1 group(P0.05). Conclusion The RA and GM1 is effective and safe in treating neonatal HIE.
