| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合用药及手术治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床效果。方法对临床上确诊的真菌性角膜炎24例(24眼)先用伊曲康唑联合氟康唑药物治疗,对药物治疗效果差者尽早行联合结膜瓣遮盖术。术后随访3~12月,平均6.5月。结果24例中13例单用药物治疗溃疡愈合,另有11例接受了结膜瓣遮盖术,其中9例患者溃疡愈合,2例角膜穿孔瘢痕愈合。结论伊曲康唑联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎是一种较为安全、有效的药物,对药物反应不敏感者尽早联合结膜瓣遮盖术,可明显提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of combined drugs and surgery on fungal keratitis.Methods Twenty-four cases(24 eyes) diagnosed fungal keratitis were treated with drugs of fluconazole and itraconazole firstly,cases with bad therapeutic effects were then treated with procedures of conjunctival flap covering cornea.All cases were followed-up from 3 to 12 months,average of 6.5 months.Results Thirteen(24/13) cases were cured by the method of drug therapy and two cases with perforation of cornea were also cured.Conclusion Combination of fluconazole and itraconazole is a safe and effective therapeutic method for fungal keratitis.Procedures of conjunctival flap covering cornea can be applied approximately to those without evident therapeutic effects. |
