臭氧被服消毒机杀菌效果的试验研究

摘    要:为了解臭氧被服消毒机杀菌效果 ,采用载体定量杀菌试验方法 ,对肯格王被服消毒机杀菌效果进行了试验。结果 ,该机在空载的情况下 ,开机 4 0min ,对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率均达 99.90 %以上 ;开机 6 0min ,杀灭率均达 10 0 % ;开机 6 0min ,对布片上白色念珠菌的杀灭率达 99.90 %以上 ;开机 80min ,杀灭率达 10 0 %。在负载情况下 ,该机开机 6 0min ,对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达 99.90 %以上 ;开机 12 0min ,对布片上黑曲霉菌的杀灭率达 99.90 %以上。该机开机 12 0min ,对棉絮上的自然细菌杀灭率达 94 .6 5 % ,对棉絮上的自然霉菌杀灭率达 94 .89%。在空载的情况下 ,2 5 %小牛血清对该机杀菌能力有轻度影响 ,5 0 %小牛血清有中度影响。结论 ,臭氧被服消毒机对布片上细菌繁殖体及霉菌均有良好的杀灭作用。

Abstract:In order to know the germicidal efficacy of ozone clothing disinfection machine, carrier quantitative germicidal test method was used to test the germicidal efficacy of Ken-Ge-Wang Clothing Machine. The results showed that under condition of vacant load, operation of the machine for 40 min killed more than 99.90% of both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips, operation for 60 min killed 100% of both of these two bacteria and more than 99.90% of Candida albicans on cloth strips, operation for 80 min killed 100% of the latter. Under loaded condition, operation for 60 min killed more than 99.90% of Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strips and operation for 120 min killed more than 99.90% of Aspergillus niger on cloth strips, 94.65% of natural bacteria on cotton wadding and 94.89% of natural fungi on cotton wadding. Under condition of vacant load, 25% calf serum had slight influence on its germicidal ability and 50% calf serum had moderate influence. The conclusion is that the ozone clothing disinfection machine has good killing effects on both vegetative form of bacteria and fungi on cloth strips.
