| 摘 要： | 目的对机动车驾驶员听力损伤进行调查分析,了解噪声对驾驶员听力的影响。方法对1038名驾驶员进行纯音测听检查,并与240名非噪声作业的人员进行对照。结果机动车驾驶员听力损伤发生率为22.4%,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),听力损伤发生率与驾龄有关。结论机动车噪声对驾驶员听力有一定的影响,并随着驾龄的增加而增加。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate the hearing impairment of the motor vehicle driver's and the impact of noise on their hearing. Methods]Electronic audiometry was used to detect the hearing of 1038 drivers; the result was compared with that of the 240 workers in the control group. Results]The incidence of hearing impairment in the case group was 22.4%, which was significantly different from that of the control (P<0.01), and it was related with the driving age. Conclusion] Noise has certain impact on the hearing of motor vehicle drivers; the incidence of hearing impairment increases with the driving age. |
