陶瓷微滤膜微滤法与醇沉法澄清2种中药水提液的比较研究

摘    要:目的 考察Al2O3陶瓷微滤膜微滤技术对枳实水提液和苦参水提液的澄清效果。方法 采用HPLC法测定枳实水提液中辛弗林的含量,紫外分光光度法测定苦参水提液中的总黄酮含量,并与传统的醇沉法作对比。结果Al2O3陶瓷微滤膜微滤法处理的两种水提液的除杂率及有效成分得率与醇沉法接近,并且该微滤膜经过一定处理可以再生。结论 Al2O3陶瓷微滤膜微滤技术有望成为澄清中药水提液的一种新技术。

Abstract:Object To study the effect of Al2 O3ceramicmembrane microfilt ration in clarifying aqueous extraction of Citrusaurantium L. and Sophora flavescens Ait.as compared with the alcohol sedimentation.Methods HPLC was applied to a nalyze the content of synephrine in the extraction of C.aurantium,UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flav onoids in the extraction of S. flavescens. Results The clarifying effect and the recovery ratio of the efficient components in the extraction of two medicinal herbs by the microfilt ration were similar to tho se by the alcohol sedimentation.The ceramicmembrane can be used repeatedly after propert reatment.Conclusion Al2 O3 ceramic membranemicrofilt ration may become a new process in clarifying the extraction of some medicinal herbs.
