高压氧预处理延缓大鼠运动性疲劳

摘    要:目的 观察高压氧预处理对大鼠运动性疲劳的影响.方法 将SD大鼠置于加压氧舱进行高压氧(压力250 kPa,氧气浓度≥99%)预处理,以加压氧舱内常压空气通风处理作为对照,预处理后进行负重游泳实验.通过力竭时间及血清和骨骼肌乳酸、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶等指标的水平评估高压氧预处理对大鼠运动性疲劳的影响.结果 高压氧预处理后大鼠负重游泳力竭时间为(56.13±16.91) min,较常压空气组[(23.13±9.85) min]延长(P<0.01).负重游泳20 min时,高压氧预处理组大鼠血清及骨骼肌中乳酸和丙二醛水平均较常压空气组降低(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶水平均较常压空气组升高(P<0.01).结论 高压氧预处理能够显著延缓大鼠运动性疲劳的产生.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) preconditioning on exercise-induced fatigue in rats. Methods SD rats were suffered from loaded swimming after HBO pretreatment. And the time to exhaustion, skeletal muscle and serum levels of lactic acid (LA), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined to assess the effects. ResultsThe time to exhaustion of rats after pretreatment with hyperbaric oxygenation (56.13±16.91) min was significantly prolonged compared with Con(23.13±9.85) min (P <0.01); After swimed 20min, Superoxide dismutase levels (1378.79±340.97) pg/ml, is significantly higher, compared with Con group (244.09±55.29) pg/ml and Air group (539.41 ± 171.39) pg/ml (P <0.01); LA levels (0.63 ± 0.15) mmol/L is significantly decreased ,compared with Air group (1.19 ± 0.31) mmol/L (P <0.01); MDA levels (115.75 ± 20.86) nmol/ml is significantly lower, compared with Air group (183.00 ± 47.61) nmol/ml (P <0.01). Conclusion HBO pretreatment can significantly delay the exercise-induced fatigue in rats.
