油田野外作业女工职业紧张与工作能力关系研究

目的:研究油田野外作业女工职业紧张与工作能力的关系。 方法 :利用“职业紧张量表”和“工作能力指数调查表”测试油田野外作业女工职业紧张强度、紧张反应、应变能力和工作能力变化。 结果:油田野外作业女工随着应变能力的降低 ,紧张水平增加 ,工作满意度逐渐降低 ,紧张反应增强 ,工作能力逐渐降低。在低度紧张组工作能力与职业紧张呈现明显的正相关。 结论 :长期过度的紧张可导致油田野外作业女工工作能力下降 ,但适度的紧张有助于提高工作积极性 ,提高工作能力 ,符合职业紧张 -紧张反应的理论。

Study on the relationship between female worker stress and work ability in oil-field

Objective: To study the relationship between occupational stress and work ability on female workers. Methods: Changes in occupational stress?strain?work ability and personal resources were measured with revised occupational stress inventory and Work Ability Indexquestionnaire. Results: Stress level augmented significantly with coping resources decline, but work satisfaction level is decreased. Work ability was decreased gradually with strain augment. In addition, in low level stressful group occupation stress had significantly positive correlation with work ability. Conclusions: Excessive strain results in the decline of female work ability, while proper stress is beneficial to improve work ability and work inititation, which coincides with the theory of stress-strain.
