LISS钢板治疗股骨远端骨折疗效分析

目的总结LISS钢板内固定治疗股骨远端闭合性骨折的疗效。方法34例股骨远端骨折患者，按AO分型：A型19例，B型5例，C型10例。股骨髁间骨折12例，股骨髁上骨折22例，均行LISS钢板内固定。结果本组术后发生深部感染1例，经切开引流、抗感染及再次钢板固定治愈；并发膝外翻1例，于术后4个月进行翻修治愈。本组均获随访，平均15（10～34）个月，骨折平均愈合时间为4．5（3～10）个月。疗效评价按HSS膝关节评分：优26例，良4例，可2例，差2例；优良率为88．2％。结论LISS钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折可以获得令人满意的疗效。

Effect Analysis of Internal Fixation of Less Invasive Stabilization System for Distal Femoral Fracture

Objective To summarize the effect of internal fixation with less invasive stabilization system （LISS） for distal femoral closed fractures. Method 34 patients with distal femoral closed fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with LISS, including 12 of femoral intercondylar fracture and 22 of femoral supracondylar fracture. Results Deep infection occurred in one case and genu valgum in another one, then were cured by reoperation. All cases were followed up for 10 to 34 months. All fractures were obtained bone union within 3 to 10 months. The outcome revealed excellence in 26, good in 4, fair in 2, and poor in 2, and the fineness rate was 88.2%. Conclusion LISS intemal fixation can achieve satisfactory effect for distal femoral fracture.
