手术室-供应室一体化管理模式探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨手术室—供应室一体化管理模式。方法:从建筑布局、资源配置、组织架构、专业培训及科学管理5个方面实施手术室—供应室一体化管理模式。结果:保证布局合理性,实行规范化、程序化操作,建立良好沟通平台,控制医院成本,提高工作质量。结论:手术室与供应室实施一体化管理模式可减少感染的传播,提高工作效率,满足专科发展的需要,降低医院成本。

Abstract:Objective: to explore the unified management of operating room and supply department. Methods: The unified management model was formed from five aspects, those were construction distribution, resource allocation , organizational infrastructure, professional train and science management. Results: The arrangement was rational, procedure was standardized, communication was improved , hospital cost was controlled and the efficiency was improved. Conclusion: The unified management of operating room and supply department can reduce the infection, improve the efficiency, satisfy the demand of the specialty development, and lower the hospital cost.
