普通外科术后呼吸功能障碍机械通气治疗分析

目的：探讨普通外科重症监护病房（ICU）重大手术后呼吸功能障碍患者机械通气辅助治疗的效果。方法：回顾43例重大手术后呼吸功能障碍患者机械通气治疗前后情况，结合患者术前心肺功能状况，分析患者治疗后一般情况及心率、呼吸、血气分析指标的改变。结果：43例术后需行机械辅助通气治疗患者术前均不同程度的存在呼吸功能减退，术后一定时间内予以辅助机械通气治疗，可以使其PaCO2,心率、呼吸频率较治疗前有明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对于手术后呼吸功能减退患者适时应用机械通气治疗，辅以合理用药，能促进患者心肺功能恢复，缩短监护病房住院时间。

Clinical analysis on treatment of patients requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation in general surgery ICU

Objective： To discuss the issues of patients used mechanical ventilation after major surgery in general surgical intensive care unit（ICU）. Methods： The data of 43 patients with mechanical ventilation after major surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The indices such as heart and lung function and bloodgas analysis were included in the study. Results： The PaCO2, heart rate and breath rate after mechanical ventilation were significantly higher than that before mechanical ventilation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of mechanical ventilation on post-operative patients with respiratory dysfunction can improve the survival rate of patients and shorten the ICU duration of hospitalization.
