脑组织移植纠正脑缺失的研究Ⅱ．基底前脑脑组织移植纠正前额叶皮层受损所致的条件性回避反应障碍

破坏雌性成年ＳＤ大鼠前额叶皮层，建立条件性回避反应消退模型。再进行鼠胚基底前脑脑组织移植。移植５个月后，大鼠的条件性回避反应恢复。在尼氏染色切片上，可观察到植入的细胞团；免疫组织化学染色证明，移植物含胆硷能神经元，呈中等强度的ＣｈＡＴ阳性反应，提示移植物成活。

A STUDY OF THE GRAFT TO CORRECT BRAIN DEFICIT. Ⅱ. TRANSPLANTATION OF THE BASAL FOREBRAIN TO CORRECT OBSTACLE OF CONDLTOONED AVOIDANCE RESPONSE RESULTED FROM THE LESIONS OF THE PREFRONTAL CORTEX IN RAT

The conditioned avoidance response has been successfully established in 30 female adult SD rats. The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : (1) The experimental group(n=10): For establishing the models of abatement of conditioned avoidance response,multipoint lesions were made bilaterally on the dorsolateral aspect of the prefrontal cortex. Then, transplantation of the basal forebrain brain tissue of the embryonic rat into the prefrontal cortex was performed. (2) The positive control group(n=10) : For establishing the models of abaternent of conditioned avoidance response, multipoint lesions were only made on the bilateral dorsolateral aspect of the prefrontal cortex, no transplantation was performed. (3)The sham control group(n=10) : Scalp incision and holeing on the cranium were only made, no lesion and trasplantation were done. 5 months after transplantation. observation of the animal conditioned avoidance response and histological examination of the brains were carried out. The results were as follows : (1)The sham control group: The incidences of conditioned avoidance response were within a normal limit:(2)The positive control group: The incidences of conditioned avoidance response were abated;(3)The experimental group: The incidences of conditioned avoidance response were recovered. The results of histological examination were as follows: On the Nissl stained sections. there are several transplanted irregular shaped cellular masses in the botton tip or along the sides of the needle paths, most of the cells were round or ovoid in shape, but a few cells were fusiform, small and diffuse Nissl bodies could be seen in the cytoplasm. On the immunohistological reaction sections, there were groups of cholinergic neurons in the cellular masses,the cells were ovoid and fusiform in shape, which had a brown color and showed a moderate ChAT immunohistological positive reaction. The result of the present study suggests that the recovery of the conditioned avoidance response of the experimental group might be from the survival of the transplants.
