| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胃癌手术前后血液流变学变化。方法 :比较 32例健康成人与 67例胃癌患者术前的血液流变学。 67例胃癌患者分为根治手术组与姑息手术组 ,观察两组术后的血液流变学变化 ,根治手术组术前术后的血液流变学变化。结果 :胃癌患者血液流变学指标显著高于健康组 ,姑息组显著高于根治组 ,根治组术前显著高于术后。结论 :定期检测血液流变学可早期发现复发 ,在胃癌治疗中辅以抗凝治疗可减少转移和提高患者生存期

| Abstract: | s Objective To study the changes of hemorrheology in gastric cancer patients pre and post operation.Methods 32 normal adults were compared with 67 patients.67 patients were divided into radical resection group and palliative resection group.The changes of hemorrheology were compared between the 2 groups and pre and post operation in radical resection group.Results The indexes of hemorrheology were significantly higher in gastric cancer than in normal adults,in palliative resection group than in radical resection group,in patients of pre operation than post operation in radical resection group.Conclusions Regularly testing hemorrheology could early find the recurrence of gastric cancer.The treatment with anti coagulant could reduce the tumor metastasis and improve the long term survivals. |
