配偶与慢性前列腺炎治疗的关系

目的为研究配偶间交叉感染与慢性前列腺炎的关系。方法对214例慢性前列腺炎已婚患者进行病原体检测 ,随机分成A、B组 ,A组96例为配偶同时进行妇科检查及治疗 ,B组118例为配偶没有同时进行妇科检查及治疗 ,均给予针对性治疗 ,治疗期间禁止婚外性生活。结果A组的治愈率59.5% ,有效率87.6 % ,均明显高于B组的23.7%和58.4% ,A组复发率5.6 %也明显低于B组的33.3 %。结论配偶间交叉感染 ,是慢性前列腺炎复发或再感染的重要因素之一 ,夫妻同时检查、治疗 ,杜绝婚外性生活 ,是慢性前列腺炎综合治疗 ,提高疗效 ,降低复发的一个不可忽视的环节。

The connection on spouse and chronic prostitutes

Objective In order to study the connection on spouses and chronic prostitutes. Methods The pathogens of 214 married_sufferers who had been diagnosed chronic prostitutes were examined. All of the 214 patients were divided into group A(96 cases) and group B(118 cases) randomly. Both the sufferers and their spouses in group A had been examined and treated simultaneously, but in group B only the suffers had been examined and treated. The out_marriage_coitus was forbidden in the course of treating in all of the patients. Results In group A the rates of healing, efficiency and recrudescence were 59.5%, 87.6% and 5.6% respectirely, and in group B they were 23.7, 58.4% and 33.3% respectively.So the rates of healing and efficiency in group A were significantly higher than in group B, but the recrudescence rate was significantly lower than that in group B. Conclusion One of the important factors that chronic prostitutes recrudescence and re_infection was crossed infection between spouses.It is necessary that husband and wife should be examine, treated and out_marriage_coitus forbidden simultaneously on synthetically treating,upper the curative effect,down the recrudescence.
