两种不同的复位固定方式治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折疗效及安全性对比

目的 探讨两种不同的复位固定方式治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折疗效及安全性.方法 选取湖北省荆州市中医医院2014年2月—2016年12月收治的不稳定型桡骨远端骨折56例,根据复位固定方式分为观察组和对照组,每组28例.观察组行切开复位桡骨远端掌侧钢板内固定术治疗,对照组行闭合复位夹板外固定术治疗.观察并对比2组临床疗效、术后情况.结果 观察组治疗后优良率高于对照组,尺偏角、桡偏角、掌倾角、尺倾角、桡骨茎突长度大于或长于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 切开复位桡骨远端掌侧钢板内固定术治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折临床疗效较好,安全性较高,有利于腕掌关节功能的及时恢复.

Effect and Safety of Two Kinds of Different Reduction Fixation Methods in Treatment of Unstable Distal Radius Fractures

Objective To investigate effect and safety of two kinds of different reduction fixation methods in treatment of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods A total of 56 patients with unstable distal radius fractures admit-ted during February 2014 and December 2016 were divided into observation group and control group ( n=28 for each group) . Observation group was treated with open reduction distal radius palmaris plate fixation, while control group was treated with closed reduction splints exopexy. Clinical effect and postoperative conditions were observed and compared in two groups. Results In observation group, values of excellent and good rate, ulnar drift angle, radial deviation angle, palm tilt angle, ulnar inclination angle and length of styloid process of radius were larger, while incidence rate of compli-cations was lower than those in control group ( P<0. 05, P<0. 01). Conclusion Open reduction distal radius pal-maris plate fixation in treatment of unstable distal radius fractures has good effect and safety, and it is benefit for recovery of carpometacarpal joints function in time.
