康柏西普玻璃体内注射联合眼底激光治疗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者视力及黄斑中心厚度的影响

目的 探讨康柏西普玻璃体内注射联合眼底激光治疗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及黄斑中心厚度(CMT)的影响.方法 选择陕西省安康市中心医院眼科2012年2月—2015年2月诊治的DME 50例(50眼),按治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例.对照组采用眼底激光治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上给予康柏西普玻璃体内注射.观察2组治疗1、2、3个月的BCVA、CMT、脉络膜新生血管(CNV)面积和眼内压(IOP)情况,记录治疗过程中及治疗后不良事件的发生情况.结果 2组治疗后BCVA较治疗前提高,CMT较治疗前降低,CNV和IOP少于或低于对照组,且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).2组均无严重不良事件.结论 康柏西普玻璃体内注射联合眼底激光治疗对DME患者治疗效果显著,安全性较高.

Effects of Conbercept Intravitreal Injection Combined with Eyeground Laser on Eyesight and Foveomacular Thickness in Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Macular Edema

Objective To investigate effects of Conbercept intravitreal injection combined with eyeground laser on the best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA) and central macular thickness ( CMT) in treatment of patients with diabetic macular edema (DME). Methods A total of 50 patients (50 eyes) admitted during February 2012 and February 2015 were divided into control group and observation group ( n=25 for each group) . Control group was treated with eyeground laser, while observation group was added with Conbercept intravitreal injection on the basis of treatment for control group. In two groups, condition of BCVA, CMT, choroidal neovascularization ( CNV) area and intraocular pressure ( IOP) were observed after treatment for 1, 2 and 3 months, and incidence rates of adverse events during treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, the BCVA and CMT levels were significantly increased, while CMT levels were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in two groups, and CNV and IOP values in observation group were signifi-cantly lower than those in control group, and the improvement conditions in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). There was no severe adverse event in two groups. Conclusion Con-bercept intravitreal injection combined with eyeground laser has significant effect and good safety in treatment of patients with diabetic macular edema.
