P2X7受体在癫痫患者中的表达水平及临床意义

目的 观察P2X7受体(P2X7R)在癫痫患者中的表达情况,探讨其在癫痫发病、发展过程中的作用及临床意义.方法 选取2014年3月-2015年12月行手术治疗的癫痫96例作为观察组,同时选择同期行神经外科减压或清创患者14例作为对照组.观察2组脑组织中P2X7R mRNA和蛋白、白介素-1 β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平.结果 P2X7R在正常脑组织和癫痫患者脑组织中均有表达.观察组P2X7R mRNA和蛋白、IL-1 β和TNF-α表达水平均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 P2X7R可能参与了癫痫的发生与发展,为药物治疗癫痫提供了新的靶点,检测P2X7R表达水平可为癫痫的预后判断提供一定的依据.

Expression Level and Clinical Significance of P2X7 Receptor in Patients with Epilepsy

Objective To observe expression level of P2X7 receptor (P2X7R) in patients with epilepsy and to analyze its role and clinical significance in pathogenesis and development of epilepsy.Methods A total of 96 patients with epilepsy undergoing surgeries during March 2014 and December 2015 were selected as observation group,and other 14 patients with decompression or debridement in neurosurgery department at the same period were selected as control group.P2X7R mRNA and protein,interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-αt) expression levels in cerebral tissues were observed in two groups.Results P2X7 receptors were expressed in both normal and epileptic cerebral tissues.Compared with those in control group,P2X7R mRNA and protein,IL-1β and TNF-α expression levels were significantly increased in observation group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion P2X7 receptors may be involved in pathogenesis and development of epilepsy,and provide a new target for epilepsy medication.Detection of P2X7 receptor level can provide a certain basis for judging prognosis of epilepsy.
