基质金属蛋白酶-2和环氧化酶-2在大肠腺癌中的表达水平及临床意义

目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在大肠腺癌中的表达水平及临床意义.方法 选取2012年10月-2013年11月符合研究标准的大肠腺癌患者55例,收集患者的临床资料、病理学资料等进行回顾性分析.另选同期正常大肠黏膜病理标本11例,使用免疫组织化学SP法检测各标本中MMP-2和COX-2的阳性表达率,分析MMP-2和COX-2的表达水平与病理特征的关系及临床意义.结果 大肠腺癌COX-2和MMP-2阳性表达率高于正常大肠黏膜(P ＜0.001).COX-2阳性表达与大肠腺癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、大体类型、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期无相关性(P＞0.05);MMP-2阳性表达与大肠腺癌患者的分化程度具有相关性(P＜0.05).结论 大肠腺癌组织的MMP-2和COX-2表达均上调,MMP-2分子表达水平可提示患者病情进展程度.

Expressions and Clinical Significances of MMP-2 and COX-2 in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma

Objective To investigate expressions and clinical significances of matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2) and cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2) in colorectal adenocarcinoma.Methods Clinical and pathologic data of 55 patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma during October 2012 and November 2013 was retrospectively analyzed.Other 11 pathological samples of normally colorectal mucous membrane were selected.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect positive expression rates of MMP-2 and COX-2,and relations between MMP-2 and COX-2 expressions with pathological feature were analyzed,and their clinical significances were analyzed.Results Positive expression rates of COX-2 and MMP-2 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normally colorectal mucous membrane (P ＜0.001).COX-2 positive expression showed no correlations with gender,age,tumor size,general type,differentiation degree,depth of imbibition,lymph node metastasis or TNM staging in patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma (P ＞ 0.05).MMP-2 positive expression was correlated with the degree of differentiation of the colorectal adenocarcinoma (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion MMP-2 and COX-2 expressions are up-regulate in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues,and MMP-2 expression can hint degree of disease progression.
