妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘组织中白血病抑制因子与基质金属蛋白酶-9表达水平与子痫前期病情的关系研究

摘    要:目的 探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)孕妇胎盘组织中白血病抑制因子(LIF)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达水平与子痫前期病情的关系.方法 选取2013年3月—2017年2月陕西省榆林市第二医院收治的HDCP子痫前期患者76例,按照疾病严重程度分为轻度子痫前期组与重度子痫前期组,每组38例,选取同期36例正常孕妇作为对照组,比较分析3组胎盘组织中LIF与MMP-9表达水平与子痫前期病情的关系.结果 轻度子痫前期组与重度子痫前期组LIF与MMP-9阳性表达率均低于对照组,且重度子痫前期组低于轻度子痫前期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).重度子痫前期组LIF与MMP-9表达水平呈正相关(r=0.413,P=0.031).结论 正常孕妇与HDCP子痫前期患者的胎盘组织中均有LIF与MMP-9的表达,子痫前期患者LIF与MMP-9的表达水平明显下降,且与病情严重程度有关.

Relationship between Expressions of LIF and MMP-9 in Placenta Tissues and Preeclampsia of Pregnant Women with Gestational Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To investigate relationship between expressions of leukemia inhibitory factor ( LIF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in placenta tissues and preeclampsia of pregnant women with gestational hyperten-sion. Methods A total of 76 pregnant women with gestational hypertension admitted during March 2013 and February 2017 were divided into mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group ( n=38 for each group) according to se-verity of the disease, and other 36 normal pregnant women at the same time were randomly selected as the control group. Relationships between LIF and MMP-9 expressions in placental tissues and preeclampsia were analyzed and compared a-mong the 3 groups. Results Positive expression rates of LIF and MMP-9 in mild and severe preeclampsia groups were significantly lower than those in control group, and the rates in severe preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those in mild preeclampsia group (P<0. 05). Positive correlation was detected between LIF and MMP-9 expressions in severe preeclampsia group (r=0. 413, P=0. 031). Conclusion LIF and MMP-9 expressions can be found in placenta tissues of normal pregnant women and pregnant women with gestational hypertension and preeclampsia. LIF and MMP-9 expressions are significantly decreased in pregnant women with preeclampsia, and the expressions are significantly corre-lated with severity of the disease.
