| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT胰周血管成像在胰腺癌手术治疗中的指导价值.方法 回顾性分析2010年3月-2015年2月收治的经手术病理证实的胰腺癌48例的临床资料,观察多层螺旋CT影像学表现,评估多层螺旋CT胰周血管成像在胰腺癌手术治疗中的指导价值.结果 多层螺旋CT胰周血管成像技术评估手术切除可行性与手术结果可行性的符合率为95.83％.结论 多层螺旋CT胰周血管成像在胰腺癌手术治疗中具有较高的指导价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the guidance value of multislice spiral CT peripancreatic angiography in application of surgical treatment for pancreatic cancer.Methods Clinical data of 48 patients with pancreatic cancer confirmed by postoperatively pathological results,who were admitted between March 2010 and February 2015,was retrospectively analyzed.Findings of multislice spiral CT scanning were observed,and guidance value of multislice spiral CT peripancreatic angiography in application of surgical treatment for pancreatic cancer was evaluated.Results The coincidence rate of multislice spiral CT angiography in evaluation of surgical feasibility and results was 95.83％.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT peripancreatic angiography has guidance value in surgical treatment for pancreatic cancer. |
