肌内效胶贴联合脊柱稳定性重建对武警战士训练性下腰痛的康复治疗效果

目的 探讨肌内效胶贴联合脊柱稳定性重建对训练性下腰痛的康复治疗效果.方法 选取2015年1月-2016年7月武警四川总队医院收治的96例训练性下腰痛武警战士患者作为研究对象.根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例.两组均给予常规物理治疗,观察组在此基础上给予肌内效胶贴联合脊柱稳定性重建治疗.比较两组治疗效果,同时采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、腰背(或腿)疼痛与功能障碍量表(ODI)对两组治疗前后的腰部疼痛程度及功能障碍情况进行评估,采取等速肌力测试对腰背伸肌力学性能进行评价.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后VAS、ODI评分均低于治疗前(P＜0.01),60°/s以及120°/s角速度状态下峰力矩和平均功率均高于治疗前(P＜0.01).观察组治疗后VAS、ODI评分均明显低于对照组(P＜0.01),60°/s以及120°/s角速度状态下峰力矩和平均功率均明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 肌内效胶贴联合脊柱稳定性重建治疗训练性下腰痛,可有效缓解疼痛症状,减轻功能障碍,改善腰背伸肌力学性能,疗效确切.

Effect of Internalmuscle Effective Adhesive Plaster Combined with Spinal Stability Reconstruction in Rehabilitation Treatment of Armed Police Soldiers with Low Back Pain Induced by Training

Objective To investigate effect of internalmuscle effective adhesive plaster combined with spinal sta bility reconstruction in rehabilitation treatment of armed police soldiers with low back pain induced by training.Methods A total of 96 armed police soldiers with low back pain induced by training during January 2015 and July 2016 were divided into observation group (n =48) and control group (n =48) according to treatment methods.All patients were given conventionally physical therapy.On the basic treatment,observation group was treated with internalmuscle effective adhesive plaster combined with spinal stability reconstruction.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Waist pain degree and dysfunction conditions in two groups before and after treatment were assessed by using visual analogue scale (VAS) and back (or leg) pain Oswestry disability index (ODI),and conditions of lumbar extensor mechanical property were also evaluated by isokinetic test before and after the treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.01),while values of peak force distance and average power under 60°/s and 120°/s angular velocity conditions were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups (P ＜ 0.01).After treatment,in observation group,VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.01),while values of peak force distance and average power under 60°/s and 120°/s angular velocity conditions were significandy higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Internalmuscle effective adhesive plaster combined with spinal stability reconstruction in rehabilitation treatment of armed police soldiers with low back pain induced by training can effectively relieve pain symptoms,decrease dysfunction and improve mechanical properties of back extensor.
