部队急性呼吸道传染病防控工作考核方法的建立及应用

目的 为部队急性呼吸道传染病防控工作考核监督提供方法.方法 依据已有研究成果和资料确定部队急性呼吸道传染病防控工作评价指标,然后采用秩和比法对部队急性呼吸道传染病防控工作进行考核评估,根据评估结果对存在问题提出改进建议.结果 将10个被考核部队分成3档,评价为优的是C、H、D部队;评价为良的为G、E、A、I、J部队;评价为差的是B、F部队.考核为差和良的部队存在的问题主要是:常见呼吸道传染病疫苗接种及隔离呼吸道传染病患者不及时、呼吸道传染病调查处置能力及早期发现呼吸道传染病的能力较差、对呼吸道传染病预防经费的投入较少等.结论 秩和比法的运用可以清晰地显示部队常见急性呼吸道传染病的防控情况.

Establishment and Application of Checking Methods for Prevention and Control of Acute Respiratory Infectious Diseases in Armed Forces

Objective To provide methods for assessmnent and supervision of prevention and control of acute re spiratory infectious diseases in armed forces.Methods Indicators of prevention and control of acute respiratory infectious diseases were decided according to existing research results and data,and the Rank-sum ratio method was adopted to evaluate prevention and control of acute respiratory infectious diseases in armed forces,and then the method was improved according to existing problems by the evaluation results.Results A total of 10 units were divided into three tranches by assessment,and C,H and D units were excellent;G,E,A,I and J units were good;B and F units were poor.Main problems in good and poor units were common respiratory infectious diseases vaccination and insulation of patients with respiratory diseases were not in timely manner;the abilities in respiratory infectious disease investigation and handling capacity,and early detection of respiratory infectious diseases were poor;the less funding could be used for preventing and controlling respiratory infectious diseases.Conclusion Rank-sum ratio method can clearly show the conditions of prevention and control of common acute respiratory infectious diseases in armed forces.
