| 摘 要： | 第32届圣·安东尼奥乳腺癌研讨会于2009年12月9～13日在美国德克萨斯州圣·安东尼奥市成功举办，交流了乳腺癌研究新进展。研讨会上有关乳腺癌外科治疗的文章约30余篇，涉及到乳腺癌保乳手术及疗效评估，外科治疗新技术及探索性尝试等。笔者就研讨会上乳腺癌外科治疗研究进展作一简要介绍。
