临床儿科新护士评判性思维能力的培养

摘    要:目的探讨临床学习中培养新护士评判性思维能力的实用方法,为培养儿科新护士评判性思维能力寻找教育策略。方法将47名新护士按学历分层后随机分为实验组和对照组。观察培训时间为18个月,每6个月为一个培训阶段,分别轮转小儿内科、外科和门诊等临床科室。在第一阶段两组均进行常规培训,第二三阶段中实验组学员除进行常规培训外分别给予了特殊培训课程和反思日记书写训练,对照组则进行常规培训。在实验期初、期中、期末采用"评判性思维能力量表"进行测评。结果实验组期初与期末比较结果显示,"评判性思维能力量表"总分和七个维度均有显著性增长;对照组期初与期末比较结果表明,只有"求知欲"项有显著性差异,其余各维度及总分无显著性差异。结论有目的的评判性思维培训课程和反思日记法训练,有助于提高新护士的评判性思维能力,评判性思维能力不会在临床环境中自然增强,必须重视对新护士评判性思维能力的专门训练。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effective training methods to improve the critical thinking ability of pediatric novice nurses. Method 47 pediatric novice nurses were randomly divided into two groups according to the educational background.the trail group and the control group.The 18 months training period was consisted by three phases,6 months each,in which the novice nurses were equally trained in medical wards,surgical wards and outpatient department based on the hospital train guidelines in turn.In the first phase,only the routine training was given for both groups.During the second and the third phase,beside the same routine training as the control group,special training courses designed by the principle of critical thinking and journal writing were applied to the trail group.At the beginning,middle and the end of the 18 months training,all the participants were tested by Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese Version(CTDI CV).Data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0.Result There was significant difference between the beginning and the end for the trail group,but the control group did not.Conclusion The special training courses and journal writing can improve the critical thinking disposition of pediatric novice nurses in clinical situation.More attention should be paid to the purposeful training of critical thinking.
