| 摘 要： | 目的 观察四磨汤口服液在前列腺摘除术后对胃肠功能恢复的治疗疗效.方法 60例前列腺摘除术后患者随机分为治疗组（常规治疗加用四磨汤口服液）和对照组（常规治疗）,比较两组术后肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间.结果 两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间比较,治疗组明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 前列腺摘除术后在常规治疗基础上,加用四磨汤口服液,胃肠功能恢复快,为临床上前列腺摘除术后患者可早期进食提供了治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the recovery of gastrointestinal motility with Simotang koufuye after prostatectomy.Methods 60 cases suffering from prostatectomy were randomly divided into treating group(theated with routine therapy and Simotang koufuye) and control group(treated with routine therapy).Results The peristaltic sound recovery timing and the anorectum exaust timing in treating group were significantly shorter than those of in control group.Conclusion The gastrointestinal motility of patients treated with routine therapy and Simotang kofuye after prostatectomy recover quickly than that of treated with routine therapy. |
