腰椎间盘突出症再手术2 7例原因分析

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症再手术的原因。方法：回顾性分析27例腰椎间盘突出症再手术的临床资料。结果：再手术后的疗效评价按1993年中华骨科学会脊柱外科组评定标准：优13例，良10例，可2例，差2例。优良率85．2％。再手术的原因有术前误诊、术中定位错误或操作不当等。结论：术前重视其临床表现及提高操作技术水平等，将有利于预防腰椎间盘突出症术后的再手术。对需要再手术的病例只要严格掌握手术适应症并选择恰当的手术方法，多数仍能取得良好效果。

CAUSES FOR REOPERATION ON INTERVERTEBRAL DISC HERNIATION: A STUDY OF 27 CASES.

Objective:To study the causes for reoperation on intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:Retrospective study was performed on the reoperations on 27 cases of intervertebral disc herniation.Results:By the criteria established by division of vertebral surgery of china orthopedics society in 1993,13 of the reoperations were excellent,10 good,2 all right,2 bad,with an excellence rate of 85 2%.Causes for reoperation were preoperative misdiagnosis,operative mislocation or inappropriate manipulation,etc.Conclusion:Special attention to clinical manifestation and improvement of operative skill will help to prevent reoperation.Most of the reoperated cases can achieve good therapeutic effects when operative indications are controlled and proper operative methods are adopted.
