| 摘 要： | 目的 分析老年乳腺癌的临床特点,探讨如何提高老年女性乳腺癌的疗效.方法 回顾分析2000年1月至2007年1月收治的行手术治疗的73例60岁以上老年女性乳腺癌患者的临床资料.结果 73例患者全部接受手术治疗.手术方式以乳腺癌改良根治术和乳房全切除术为主.术后辅助化疗32例,术后辅助内分泌治疗23例.术后并发症主要为皮下积液.结论 老年女性乳腺癌治疗应以外科手术为主,辅以化疗和内分泌治疗.年龄并非是手术禁忌证,但应重视并处理好并存疾病.
