护理行政专案降低手术后患者非计划性拔管发生简

目的：为降低手术后患者非计划性拔管发生寻找系统的解决方法。方法选择2012年6月～12月我院手术患者203例作为对照组，按常规管道护理。2013年1月～6月手术患者245例作为实验组，实施护理行政专案。并对两组非计划性拔管发生率、实施前后预防非计划性拔管发生知识考核合格人数及患者满意度进行比较。结果两组非计划性拔管发生率比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。实施前后预防非计划性拔管发生知识考核合格人数及患者满意度比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论运用护理行政专案有效地降低术后患者非计划性拔管发生。

The Application of Nursing Administrative Project in Reducing the Incidence of Unplanned Extubation of the Postoperative

Objective To find a system solution to reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation ,of the postoperative .Method 203 cases of surgery patients in the hospital between June 2012 to December 2012 were selected as the control group and were ac-cepted conventional pipeline care .245 cases of surgery patients in the hospital between January 2013 to June 2013 were selected as the experimental group and were accepted nursing administration project .Then ,to compare the rate of the incidence of unplanned extubation ,the number of persons who passed the exam of prevention of unplanned extubation ,and patient satisfaction .Result Compared between before and after the improvement ,there was statistically significant .Conclusion Nursing administrative pro-ject could reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation of the postoperative.
