胃癌P—选择素表达的临床意义

应用Ｐ—选择素单克隆抗体免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法，对６０例胃癌患者检测Ｐ—选择素在胃癌组织中的表达，并研究其表达与胃癌组织学分型、分化程度、淋巴转移、ＴＮＭ分期关系。结果发现６０例胃癌组织中３２例阳性，阳性率５３．３％。淋巴结癌转移者Ｐ—选择素阳性表达率为７０．３％，显著高于无淋巴转移的２６．１％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；晚期胃癌（Ⅲ、Ⅳ期）Ｐ—选择素阳性表达率为８０％，显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期早期胃癌的表达率２６．７％，差别非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示Ｐ—选择素表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴转移、ＴＮＭ分期密切相关。

Clinical Significance of P-selectin Expression in Gastric Carcinoma

P-selectin was found to contribute to interactions of tumor cells with platelets and vascular endothelium, and correlated with tumor metastasis. P-selectin expression in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance are so far unknown. Authors used anti-P-selectin monoclonal antibody SZ-51 and LSAB immunocytochemical staining technique to study the relationship between P-selectin expression in gastric carcinoma and histologic types, histologic grade, tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage. Thirty-two cases in 60 gastric carcinomas (53.5%) were found positive immunostaining, which was detected on the endothelium of intratumoral vessels, also on cancer cellular membrane. The results indicate that P-selectin is present in the human gastric carcinomas and plays an important role in tumor metastasis. P-selectin expression in gastric carcinoma is closely correlated with its invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.
