异位妊娠误诊52例原因分析

目的 探讨异位妊娠误诊的原因，吸取教训，提高诊断水平。方法 回顾该院近5年因异位妊娠入院247例中的52例误诊情况，分析其相关因素。结果 误诊率为21．5％，其中异位妊娠误诊为其他疾病的32例，而其他疾病误诊为异位妊娠的20例。结论 异位妊娠误诊原因是多方面的。临床医务人员的知识面狭窄，基本功不扎实，经验不足，过分依赖辅助检查，形成诊断思维偏差是造成误诊的主要原因。

Analysis of ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosed reason

[Objective] To inquiry into the reason of the ectopic pregnancy,to absorb the lesson,to raise the diagnosis level.[Method] Looked back from 1999 to in 2004 the patient's 247 of a gestation that accepted to cure totally.Among them,52 of the examples were misdiagnosis.[Result] The misdiagnosis rate is 21.5%,among them,a gestation misdiagnosis was other 32 of paroxysms,but other disease misdiagnosis were 20 examples of a gestations.[Conclusion] Gestation misdiagnosis reason is various.Limited knowledge of the clinical workers,limited experience,excessive dependence on the assistant check,deviated diagnosis decision is the major misdiagnosis reason.
