| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声治疗外阴白色病变的机制。方法采用免疫组化SABC法研究外阴白色病变病人超声治疗前后外阴组织中VEGF和NGF蛋白表达。结果一定剂量超声治疗外阴白色病变，一段时期以后，外阴组织中VEGF和NGF蛋白表达降低（P〈0．05）。结论超声治疗后病变皮肤基本恢复正常，组织所受刺激减少，导致VEGF、NGF产生减少，表达相对较低。说明超声治疗外阴白色病变是有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate mechanism on white lesions of vulva treated by ultrasound. Methods] To study changes of VEGF and NGF protein in tissue of white lesions of vulva before and after ultrasound therapy. Results] We detect lowering of VEGF and NGF protein after some phases by ultrasound therapy in certain dose (P<0.05). Conclusions] After ultrasound irradiation, pathological vulva skins have already become normal and suffered stimulation of tissue lessens and production of VEGF and NGF protein decrease. We conclude it is effective to treat white lesions of vulva by ultrasound. |
