某氯碱企业职业病危害因素调查

目的对某氯碱企业进行职业卫生调查和评价,为预防和控制职业病危害提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和检测检验法进行分析。结果该企业存在的职业危害因素主要有电石粉尘、聚氯乙烯粉尘、氯气、氯化氢、氢氧化钠、硫酸、氯乙烯、氨、硫化氢、二氯乙烷、噪声等;作业场所空气中电石粉尘浓度部分超过职业接触限值;作业场所噪声有超标现象,6个工种8h等效A声级噪声测量结果超过职业接触限值;化学性毒物浓度均符合职业接触限值。结论该企业粉尘、噪声危害程度比较严重,应采取有效措施,切实做好职业病防治工作。
