| 摘 要： | 常见甲状腺手术会在颈部留下长长的自杀式疤痕,这会给患者造成很大的心理压力,影响美观。腔镜甲状腺切除术创伤小、美容效果好、切口疼痛轻、术后恢复快,近年来受到不少患者的青睐。2002年7月~2005年6月我院为133例患者实施了腔镜甲状腺切除手术。现将手术配合及体会报告如下:1

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of nursing and assistance in endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods 133 cases of endoscopic thyroidectomies were assisted and studied.Results All cases were successfully completed and all patients were discharged at the fourth-day after operation.Conclusion Experienced assistance in operation can shorten the period of operation, reduce carbon dioxide absorption, decrease occurrence rate of complication, accelerate the process of recovery, cause no scar and therefore no change in patients' appearance, and elevate patients' life quality after operation. |
