| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨糠秕孢子菌对痤疮的影响。方法 :对 2 35例痤疮患者进行糠秕孢子菌检查。结果 :2 35例痤疮患者糠秕孢子菌检出率为 32 34 % ,男女之间比较无显著性差异 (χ2 =0 2 75 ,P >0 0 5 ) ,以学生、干部为多 ,男性 30岁以下感染较多 ,而女性则多集中在 2 0岁～ 30岁之间 ,囊肿型及脓疱型感染率较高。结论 :糠秕孢子菌在痤疮感染中普遍存在 ,对痤疮有重要的病因学意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to investigrate the role of pityrosporum furfur in acne. Methods:235 patients with acne received a pityrosporum furfur test. Results:The positive rate was 32.34%. There was no statistically significant difference between male and female,students and office workers were more than the other. The most of male were below 30 years old. The most of female were between 20 to 30 years old. The infection rate in cystic acne and pustular acne was higher than the other. Conclusion:Pityrosporum furfur play an important role in the occurrence of acne. |
